Transfer files from one Lightroom account (cloud storage) to another

I have two Lightroom accounts, under two different email IDs. One - an older account - has 100 GB of cloud storage, and it is full! The second one - a newer account - has 2TB of cloud storage. I want to transfer all the Lightroom files from the old account to the new one. How can I do this easily? I want the settings that I applied to the photos to also get transferred to my new account. Thank you in advance!!

Computer: iMac, 2019, Big Sur

Old account: Creative Cloud All Apps

New account: Lightroom, 2TB

You'll need to go to Preferences > Local Storage > select a location to download to. Log into your account with 2T of storage and add the images to this account.

Ok. You mean I should go to my local Lightroom in my old account and edit the Preferences as you indicated? Can I save the Edit settings associated with each photo as well so I can upload both photos and settings to the new account?

Once these photos are added to my new account, I just go to my Cloud storage and delete all files from my old account - correct?

In order to get all of your edits you will need to Export the images to your external drive rather than choose Store Locally in your preferences folder.

Test this out by selecting any Album > then all of the images in the album > right-click and choose Original + Settings. Once they've been downloaded to the location you choose (your ext. drive) log into your second account an add the images the images. Check your images for your editing history. Rinse and repeat. It's best that you don't delete anything from one account until you have confirmed all is well with the second account.
