Transfert from local storage to cloud

Hello, 

 

Does anyone know how to transfert images and modifications from "local"  to cloud" and vis versa Inside the app? IT seems earlier that any modification on the local drive was sync to the cloud. Now they are separated, so i import them twice and need to think about where to modify the photos...
