Trial Expired message on LR mobile (Android) although I got a subscription

Question

Hello, after trying the LR mobile I decided to get a subscription for the Photography bundle. But now my LR mobile says "trial expired". I can use the software (PS+LRC+LR) on my laptop but not on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble with Lightroom. I'd love to help you figure this out.

I have reviewed your profile & the Photography plan (20GB) is active.

What version of Lightroom & android are you working on?

Sign out of the Lightroom app and sign in again using your Adobe ID (email) instead of using the social login options (FB, Google, etc.)

If this does not work, uninstall the Lightroom app and install it from the Google Playstore.
