Trouble adjusting preset opacity

Question

When I lower the opactiy to a preset, I notice the image close to the SOOC however the colors seem to remain saturated.  When I bring a preset opacity to 0% I am expecting no differenece in the before and after however when I do a ck it's clear that though some changes were returned to original settings but this was not the case for the colors.  Can anyone assist me with this?   Thank you so much!
