Trouble cannot stop synch and crete folders and albums

Hi,

I am running LR CC 7.2

There are lots of images synching as I have added a few hundred MB of images (my files are 61MB each).

I ntice it is so busy doing the synch that it is not responding to creation of new albums or folder. I add them but they don't show up in the list of albums and folders.

I have tried to "pause synch" but it just keeps going, I thought the issue was the synch taking resources and if I paused it I could creat the foolders and albums. The status in the synch panel is showing "Cloud Storage" calculating. There is 4T avaiable on my plan and myfiles would be around 2.5TB max.
