Trouble downloading my mobile preset from my desktop to my iPhone

Question

I purchased a mobile preset and downloaded it to my desktop. I followed all of the tutorial instructions:

-download to desktop

-send an email to yourself with the preset attached

-open the email and preset attachment on phone

But when I open the preset file and click the square with arrow in the top right corner (just as the tutorial shows) my Lightroom app does not show up as an option to copy or send it to.

How ow do I make my Lightroom app appear as an option so I can copy and paste this purchased preset to it?

Are you sure the instructions say "email the preset" or "email a photo that used the preset"?

It would help an answer if you give details of all your Adobe Apps (desktop?, phone?, Subscription type?)
