Trouble importing from OnePlus 10Pro

Question

Attempts to add photos from "share" function in phone photo library fail and attempts to add from within LR mobile fail to create selectable thumbnails, whether in heic or converted jpg. I believe Raws show up for selection and I have been able to import them. Any help for importing the heic or converted Jpg files? If nothing can be done, any recommendations for best mobile apps for working with 48mp images/ OnePlus 10pro camera array?

What version of Lightroom, Oxygen OS & Android are you working on? How are you converting HEIC to JPEG?

Could you please share some sample images in question with us? Currently, the RAW output from the Oneplus 8 series is only supported.

You can use Lightroom mobile's in-app camera to shoot RAW files. Let me know if this helps.
