Trouble syncing in Lightroom (NOT Classic)

I've been using Lightroom (NOT Classic, just Lr) for about a year and have never had any issues syncing to the cloud and creating albums. I paid for the 1TB data plan. I'm trying to sync about 300 images to the cloud right now and it's going more slowly than it's ever gone--usually it takes maybe 20 minutes, but I've been trying to sync for HOURS and progress is only incremental. I've restarted Lr, deleted images in my deleted folder, tested my internet speed, restarted my router, paused syncing, restarted syncing... nothing is making my sync any faster, and I'm going on hour five. What gives?

You're very welcome! If this issue occurs again when you're uploading images, please check your internet speed, which is the next step we recommend you take.

Hey @electricrebecca

Thanks for sharing what’s going on with your sync issue. To keep working on this together, I’m moving your post back to the discussions for now while we figure out what’s happening.

When you get a chance, could you let us know:

1. What size and type of files are you trying to upload?

2. Are you seeing any sync issues?

Here’s a quick article that might help you check: https://adobe.ly/481ceAk

Share whatever you’re seeing, and we’ll take it from there together.

Most file sizes are about 12 MB (iPhone photos), but some are raw images
that are more like 50 MB (DSLR). I saw the sync issue button when I logged
into Lr online, but not in my Lr desktop app (and never saw what the issues
actually were).

They eventually did all upload, but it took about 4 hours. Still unclear as
to what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future.

Thanks!
