trouble syncing to LR CC after changing LR catalog location

I recently changed the external hard drive where I keep my LR Catalog (LR Classic).  It is updated in LR Classic and working fine.  All the files are connected.  I was syncing from LR Classic to LR CC but now LR CC has lost the catalog location and cannot sync.  I can't figure out how to tell LR CC where to find the catalog.  Could anyone point me to step by step instructions?  FYI, the sync is smart previews only, not full res files.  Thanks!

    Because you moved the catalog to another drive, Lightroom CC does not recognise this catalog as the one that was synced. It still expects to sync the catalog in the old location. You simply have to enable sync again in Lightroom Classic, but there will be a caveat. Because this will be seen as a change of synced catalogs, Lightroom Classic will download every smart preview that's in the cloud as a new image, I'm afraid.
