Troubles ADDING photos to lightroom!

Highly frustrated at the moment! Any solutions for lightroom NOT letting me add photos? All ways to add photos in are not working. I have more than enough storage on the cloud as well. What is going on!? Any solutions? Anyone else having this issue. Also, fully update version!!

Can you share a step by step process of what you are doing and what error messages you see. Screenshots of error messages would be helpful if you can supply them.
