Trying to download a preset & I can't even download a photo??

I don't even know how to ask my question but I'm trying to download a present bundle I just bought (android) and it will not work??(my iPhone would never have betrayed me like this)What is going on.. and I'm noticing it won't even show my photos I'm downloading from my phone.. I do pay every month for this app not sure what package I have. 

1. How do i download a preset 

2. Why aren't photos I'm selecting my phone galley show up in the app anywhere
