Trying to download cloud photos from Lightroom after expired Adobe subscription

I'm trying to use Adobe Lightroom Downloader to get my photos off of my company Adobe ID subscription that ended and import them into a new personal Adobe ID. The downloader says 'Initializing download…' and cycles through my 4,500+ photos but then I get the error message:

"XX Failed downloads"

When I try to click on open download report, nothing comes up.

Is this because my subscription has ended?

I really wish Adobe Cloud would make it easier to migrate all assets, libraries, and lightroom photos over in a one-click step. I've worked at multiple agencies over the years and each time I have leave and start over this tedius process.

Direct Message me your active Adobe ID from where you are attempting to download so that I can have our engineer review the on-line status of your files.

Thanks

I think your one hope of recovery is to ask Adobe Support.

Contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

If you're contacted via email or private message, it's more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. Double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an {adobe.com} domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. Any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

I should also mention I tried logging into assets.adobe.com but I cannot access my Lightroom Photos. It only shows the Home community and learn, but the photos are no where to be seen.
