Trying to update Lightroom cc but it says to close... Lightroom CC!

Trying to update my Lightroom CC on my desktop but it comes up with a message that says:

Please save your work and close the following programs for all logged in users, then click Continue.

And below this says - Adobe Lightroom

How can I install updates (want the latest version to import Heic files) when it tells me to close the programme I need to update?
