Tutto si blocca

Da alcuni giorni non riesco più a condividere, o scaricare le foto da Lightroom mobile, si blocca tutto, questo sul mio telefono VIVO V23, non ho problemi sul Huawei pur modello vecchio. Ultimo aggiornamento installato

Che fare?

Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Android are you using? What is your device specification? Is it happening with just one image or all images? 

Can you log in to the cloud,  lightroom.adobe.com, and check whether your assets are synced? If it's synced, try logging out of the application, uninstall it, and reinstall it again.

My Device is compatible, Lightroom mobile v8.1.1, synchronization OK. I
can't open the 2023 photo. Everything ok for the other years. I uninstalled
and reinstalled app but nothing changes.
