Unable to access Adobe software because expired school account

Hello,
I am having issues accessing my Adobe software. I originally used a school account to access Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro and had multiple projects stored on there. A couple months after graduating my account no longer provided access to Adobe software and so I lost access to my projects/images not stored elsewhere. I hoped to maybe still access and export these images by signing in with a new account and accompanying subscription but after purchasing one I found I still have Access Denied to Adobe software. I am using my own personal laptop and I have tried deleting Adobe cloud and restarting my computer as well as downloading the most up to date versions of those programs but I still get “access denied” contact your school IT administrator when using a personal account to sign in. My schools IT just warned me not to use a school account to save work on this software (a little late) but I still need help on accessing this software which I have now paid for. When I log in with the school account I can still catch a glimpse of my photo library on Lightroom before being hit with the Access Denied pop up which is quite torturous.
Does anyone know why Adobe programs could be preventing me from logging in? I can accept losing my images and work from before on my expired school account t but I should be able to use these programs after purchasing them on a separate personal account. My school account has a university domain ...@humboldt.edu and my personal is a gmail account so I don’t know why my personal account also has this error.
