Unable to access anything

I have never had issues with my Lightroom until today when I logged in to my mobile app. I can't access anything. My presets, my photoshoots, my folders and albums. My subscription is still active and I don't know how to get back to my photos! please help!'

The recently updated Lightroom mobile app now places all your existing edited, albums, presets, etc in a tab called Lightroom.  (This tab is called Edits, for users of the free app.). You will find your existing work there.  The first tab called Device is a new, expanded view of your device camera roll.

Hey @Alyssa30619526w80q. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the version of Lightroom & the error you see.

 

I've reviewed your account & the subscription is from AppleStore, which appears active. Do you see an error or pop-up in-app or while using any tool? Please share more details, like screenshots or video recordings of what you see.
