Unable to access Lightroom CC on computer (Trial version expired error message)

Question

Hello,
 
I'm subscribed in abode lightroom under a monthly payment but I can use Adove LR premium features on my mobile only. I would like to use that on my computer as well but it's always showing up that the trial version is expired and asking to buy it. However the application is grayed out and cannot work on it !
 
Please advise how can I enjoy LR on my computer as well ?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing your AdobeID as DM so we can check your plan details?

You can sync photos and edits between Adobe Lightroom for mobile and the Lightroom Classic or Lightroom desktop app if you have an active subscription or trial for the Creative Cloud membership plans.

Note: If you own a version of Lightroom with a perpetual license, you will not be able to sync photos between Lightroom on your desktop and Lightroom on your mobile device.
