Unable to access Lightroom mobile premium features as a beginner

I've been trying to get premium features but the application is just giving me a notification saying that "something went wrong, try again later"  help me with this.

Hey @Yo-Boi!

 Do you have an active subscription? Was your subscription purchased through an app store or through Adobe's website? I couldn’t find one with the email you used to sign in for the Community. If you do have a subscription, could you check in the Lightroom Mobile app to make sure you’re signed in with the correct account?
