Unable to access Lightroom Mobile premium features as a subscriber

Buongiorno! Pago tramite Adobe fotografia 12,99 al mese. Da qualche giorno l'app Lightroom sul mobile funziona ma con le funzionalità base e mi dice di acquistare premium a 4,99€. Sapete se è cambiato qualcosa? Devo anche specificare che ho cambiato cellulare, può dipendere da questo? (ho comunque provato a vedere se potevo dissociare il
vecchio dispositivo ma senza risultato). Intanto grazie a chi risponderà

Hey, @Venessa_7753. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.

If the desktop apps are still working, you might've used a different email address with an active subscription. You can use the email used in the Desktop apps and sign in to Lightroom using the Adobe ID option instead of the social sign-on (Google, Apple, etc.).
