Unable to access premium features

Dear all,

 

I paid for my premium with my Apple ID account but the app still dont allow me to use premium features for more then 7 months now. 


in my app store I see that I paid for 1 year..

what to do? Looks like it will not Sync or so...

Hey, @rutger_3146. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels. Check this page for help with managing your subscription to the AppStore: https://adobe.ly/40WLltM
