Unable to add photos in Lightroom - Add Photos button greyed out

Add Photos button is disabled after the latest update. Can't view my recently added photos as well (before the update). I already tried reinstalling the app but nothing works.

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom. Would you mind telling us which operating system are you workng on? Do you have an enterprise license or an individual license?

If you have an enterprise license, please have a look at the conversation here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom/add-photos-grayed-out/td-p/10427539

 

If you have an individual license, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app & signing back in to check if that helps. If the issue persists, try resetting the Preferences of Lightroom by pressing & holding the Shift + Option keys (on Mac) or Shift + Alt keys (on Windows) while launching Lightroom, then clicking Yes to confirm resetting the preferences.
