Unable to apply presets to images in Lightroom Mobile (Android)

Toda vez que entro nas predefinições do app, ele buga e volta pra o menu principal do app, ou fecha. Já não sei mais como corrigir esse problema.

Would you mind sharing your device specification and Lightroom version? Does this happen with all file types?

Have you tried reinstalling the application? If your Lightroom mobile is synced, try logging out, uninstalling, do a fresh download, and re-login,
