Unable to Create Directory in external Hard Drive | Light Room CC

Hello I am getting an error saying Unable to Create Folder an external hard drive.
I went through this community posts which suggested repairing the disk similar to this

However, this is not fixing. My previously synced images have been gone in Light Room.

I am paying for the license which has become useless due to this issue. 😞
