Unable to deactivate Lightroom 6.14

Question

I just wanted to deactivate LR 6.14 before uninstalling because of selling it.
No possibility to deactivate, so, I uninstalled it.
How can I check/ reset active activations?
I'm using only 1 PC, maybe in the past during new installations of Windows something went wrong.
