If I delete pictures in Lightroom, sometimes happens that these are still visible in my overview with just a grey overlay like "disabled". If I close and reopen Lightroom, these pictures was not removed and are still there.

Next time this happens, can you please create a diagnostic log?

Go to Preferences

Account Section

Hold down the [Opt/Alt] key to make [Diagnostic Log] button appear and select it

When you have your log ready, direct message me via the forum.

Thanks,

Peter

My understanding is that Just like your MacOS, when you 'Delete' photos they go into a 'Trash' folder.

In Lightroom they will stay in trash for 60days (and show as greyed out) before they are finally fully deleted.

The 'Trash' is the 'Deleted' Album in Lr, from which you can then immediately and completely remove image files from the Cloud.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
