Unable to disconnect from client

Gave the client the code for the album. Stated she was not receiving. Gave her the code to type in on the internet search tool bar. Now she has the file..but when she taps onto the LR logo in the top left corner of the album...she sees all and every photo in LR. Need to know how to get her out of my LR. She uses the code even after she logs off and is able to get right back in.

Do I need to delete LR and re-install under another E-mail???
