Unable to download edited videos

Hi, i recently purchased lightroom to edit videos. It was working fine now when i try to export, the video is exported but with no edits. What is happening? Images below, first is what was saved and second is the edited video I'm trying to save it. Thanks

If you simply tap Save copy to device, this might be saving the unedited original back to your camera roll.

 

Tap on the slider button next to 'Save copy to device' or otherwise try Export As.. and choose MP4 to save the edited rendition of your video

Hello, I have tried export as and MP4 and is still not working. Please assist as this is the only reason I paid for the premium subscription. Thanks

@ceres_1703 I cannot reproduce the issue. 

Are you running the latest version of the LR iOS app, v 9.5.0?  If not, please update.

 

Do you allow Lightroom full access to the camera roll?  Please check iOS Settings > Lightroom > Photos > Full Access

 

After ensuring your latest imports and edits are done syncing to the Lightroom Cloud storage (tap the cloud icon in the Lightroom tab to check), does deleting and re-installing the app help?

If these suggestions don't help, try signing into your same account using the Lightroom Web app, at https://lightroom.adobe.com, and try exporting from there.  If you do this on your iOS device, it will probably save videos to iOS Files.app instead of the Photos.app.  You can also use this LR Web app with any desktop computer web browser, if that helps.
