Unable to download photos from the Lighroom App

Question

Hi,Yesterday i loaded photos from my camera into the online free version of Lightroom. Edited them, downloaded them unto my laptop in a map. Also saved them to onedrive so i can acces them on my phone.Now today i downloaded the lightroom app on my phone. Logged into the same account, could see all the pictures from yesterday and the edits. But, i cannot save a copy on my phone. It says i need to sign in to download from the cloud. But I am signed in. I have logged out, closed the app, nothinf changes. Happens to all the photos

Hi ​@Hanne29602555wlyb,Thanks for reaching out. The error message says Lightroom is unable to download the photo from the cloud, even though you're already signed in. This looks similar to another issue we've seen reported on Android:Please confirm which version of Lightroom for Android you're using. (Go to Lightroom > App Settings > About).Also, please confirm your Android device's make & model, and the Android OS version.In the other report, the last version that worked correctly was 11.2.2. I want to confirm whether you're seeing the same behavior so I can correlate the two reports and reach out to the product team to investigate whether they're related.Best,Anshul Saini
