unable to edit photos.

Hi, today I purchased and installed CC lightroom , having been usind Ligchtroom CS6 for a number of years.

To say I am disapointed that I cannot contact Adobe Support by Telephone regarding the issue I am having with this edition.

please see screenshots attached, this happens when I am trying to use any of the adjust tools, Have reinstalled program, but still the same.

can anyone shine some light onto this problem.

Thanks Johan, I have a AMD graphics card, and found that some AMD cards need driver updating, even though Microsoft say latest driver is installed. went to AMD site and downloaded latest driver. now every thing is working OK.

Try this: Go to preferences - performance and disable the use of the graphics processor (GPU).

Update: it does the same on Lightroon Classic, but it works perfectly on lightroom CS6.
