Unable to export edited images to folder on desktop

Unable to export images after edit to folder on desktop there's a prompt that Credentials could not be something and there's no internet access. My connection is working fine. Looks like you guys are enjoying your weekend when your clients are suffering from an outage...

Sorry for the delayed response. Hopefully the issue is already resolved, but if not, here are a few things you can check: https://adobe.ly/46KTswH

These errors generally occur if:

The files are corrupted.
The files are smaller than 256 × 256 px in dimension.
The file uses a color space other than RGB (e.g., CMYK).
Other Content Credentials are applied that are collectively too large to store in the cloud.
