Unable to export photo

Tonight its not able to export a silly little photo, that cant be even 5mb. Internet is working great on other websites and apps. This is such a creative-flow killer. I just want to turn of my computer. 

Adobe is always *** in one way or the other. Its stupidly expensive, and the roll out tech like its silly, yet their basic functions are amateur at best. Even this bug report is bugged. I understand there will be snags, but why put out broken software out there and charge for it?
