Unable to import photos into LR CC

The screenshot is telling you that you have a permissions problem on the local folder that you are using. When you import images to Lightroom they are first copied into the local hard drive in the folder structure specified in the Lightroom Preferences>Local Storage tab. The default location is inside the Lightroom Library.lrlibrary package on the Mac's system drive, so permissions should be OK for that. However, if you've specified a different location for the storing of the local copy of originals, that may be the problem to investigate.

What you were doing when the problem occurred.

At a guess from your screen-clip-

"Leach Botannical Gardens" already appears in your Albums as photos already 'Added' (Imported). You are prevented from Importing (and cannot) a second time.
