Unable to launch https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries

I am seeing no issues from Mac or Windows regardless of browser. 

Are you checking both PCs using the same internet connection? Firewall issue perhaps?

When I attempt to login to https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries I only get a black screen with the three flashing white dots.   It will sit there for hours doing nothing.   I've tried on two different PCs.   As far as I know this is the only way to delete images from the adobe cloud.  I've tried both chrome and edge browsers with the same results
