Unable to locate my photos

Hi,

It seams like the fact your photos uploaded in the cloud are becoming unavailable, after being visible on multiple ocasions, jeoperdising the main purpose of the cloud based system, doesn't generate any interest.

Moreover, the system didn't provide any backup, and administrators failed even to undertsnd the issue.

Dissapointing.
