Unable to locate RAW images on Phone and Lightroom

  1. seit nun fast 3 Wochen findet mein LR auf dem Handy meine RAW Dateien nicht mehr und kann sie nicht übertragen und Bearbeten. Was ist da los, immerhin bezahle ich für die Premium Funktion. Es kann nicht angehen das man für eine Leistung bezahlt und niemany kann einen weiterhelfen, weder Google playstore noch Adobe.

Sorry that you cannot access RAW images in your Android phone. 

 

Would you mind providing some details?

 

  1. Did you captured these images using the Lightroom's in-app camera?
  2. Did you synced the captured images to the cloud? I am assuming that those images are also missing from phone gallery since you mentioned they it.
  3. Are you able to find other file formats like JPEG, PNG?
  4. Have you checked Lightroom Web to see if the RAW images are accessible there?
  5. Which exact version of Lightroom app are you using and on which Android device?
