Unable to log in to lightroom on Desktop (active subscription not recognised)

Good day

Please could someone assist me.  I have an active lightroom subscription (purchased via apple) .  It works fine on my mobile device.  However, when I try to log in on my desktop (windows OS), lightroom displays "Your subscription has ended: Renew today".  If I click on Renew and then select to 'Restore your purchase" it says "Restore is not available without a purchase".  I have checked on the appstore, and my subscription is definitely active. 

PLease can you assist me to log in on my desktop.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. Your subscription is for Lightroom Mobile only. You would need to choose one of the options here:
https://adobe.ly/3m26NKP
These plans include Lightroom for the desktop and Lightroom Mobile.

Greetings,

 

The account ID you've provided only shows a subscription for the Mobile products. The mobile products subscriptions do not include the desktop version. The Desktop subscription contains mobile products but not vice-versa.

I also signed up the wrong trial plan and wondered why I cannot access Lightroom.

I searched around. I cannot cancel my trial plan.

Can you tell me how to cancel my trial plan so I can sign up the right one using the link you provided?
