Unable to log in to lightroom on Desktop (active subscription not recognised)
Good day
Please could someone assist me. I have an active lightroom subscription (purchased via apple) . It works fine on my mobile device. However, when I try to log in on my desktop (windows OS), lightroom displays "Your subscription has ended: Renew today". If I click on Renew and then select to 'Restore your purchase" it says "Restore is not available without a purchase". I have checked on the appstore, and my subscription is definitely active.
PLease can you assist me to log in on my desktop.
