Unable to open LIghtroom

i purchased the adobe cloud apps that include photoshop and lightroom.  i've downloaded and installation process is done. i have only been able to open lightroom, once. click and double click on the open button, only to get nothing.  i tried the limited acces reset tool, signing off and in, and restarted my computer.  Nothing.

We're sorry about the trouble experienced. Which version of Lightroom are you trying to install? What is your system specification? Do you see the issue with both Photoshop and Lightroom? Are the applications not starting? Did you try re-installing the app? Have you noticed any error messages?
