Unable to open old videos in Lightroom 4.4 (macOS)

Buongiorno, ho un Lightroom 4 versione 4.4. Da quando ho il mac pro 16" non risco ad aprire i video degli anni precedenti. Chiedo indicazioni. Grazie, R

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are unable to open old videos in Lightroom.

Which version of macOS are you using? Would you mind updating Lightroom to the latest version? (https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/keeping-lightroom-up-to-date.html)

What happens when you try to open the videos? Do you see any error messages? Where are the videos located, and what's the format? Are you able to open other videos (recent ones)?
