Unable to post to Instagram from iPad or iPhone

Hey, @pomkiwi. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Head to iPhone Settings and check the Apps section. Ensure Lightroom and Instagram have Full Access to Photos, and check if this helps.

In general, you can log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3Sw839v) and check all the synced images and edits. Once you are sure, try reinstalling Lightroom and Instagram to see if the issue exists.
