"unable to read proxy image"? - editing on computer

I get this error message when I try to edit my photos on my computer. I can edit them no problem on my phone, but get this message when I try to edit on my computer, plus "An error occurred reading the proxy image used for editing."

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Andy, I am getting the same problem, using Lightroom for web and an Apple Mac. Lightroom displays an error saying "unable to ready proxy Image" Display below. Did you get an answer from anyone on this ?
