Unable to Restore Purchase on Desktop Version, Phone and Web working perfectly
Hello,
I've recently purchased the Photo editing package from Adobe which includes Lightroom. I had access to the Desktop, Mobile, and Web versions of it without any issue. However, the Desktop version lasted for about a month with no issues untill it suddenly wants me to log in again and it doesn't recognize my information. Even attempting to restore the purchase says it isn't able to restore it without a purchase. I have looked into trouble shooting steps online and couldn't really do anything about it.
