Unable to sign in to lightroom in my new iphone

I had premium account with an email id that is permanently deleted now so I cant get tye code and login again. I purchased premium with another email id on mobile but after 2 days it went back to basic account. And my payment is deducted as well. I want to purchase premium but its not allowing me.
