Unable to sign-in to Lightroom Mobile with Adobe-ID

Question

Hi,when trying to sign-in to Lightroom Mobile (with iPhone 12) via Adobe-ID, it just shows an error. However, signing in with Apple or Google works just fine. I added a photo of the error below (it's german for "an error occured")Can you offer some kind of support?I'd really like to use the app as I'm going on vacation next week. &#128542;Thank you in advance!

I can't immediately reproduce any trouble sign-in. Could you try force-quitting and relaunching the app to see if that helps?
Are you behind a strict firewall of some kind? Or can you try switching to another type of network, ie disable WiFi and sign in via cellular service?
