Unable to sync mobile (Apple) and computer

I'm attending a workshop for Adobe Lightroom and am unable to sync my mobile device and my school issued computer. Any ideas?

You need to sign into the same account on your mobile device and your computer for them to sync. Your school issued computer may have a school issued license for Lightroom. You need to use the same log in information to sign into Lightroom on your mobile device.
