Unable to unsubscribe lightroom mobile

Hi,

Sorry, i have problem with unsubscribing my lightroom mobile as the account is a yahoo mail account so i am not able to use google play or apple App Store to cancel the subscription. My account is <personal info removed by moderator> and please help with this. Thank you so much.

Please try the follorwin steps ...

 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
  2. Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu. Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.
