Unable to update Lightroom "Updates have been disabled for this machine."

I am trying to update my Lightroom and when I go to "help", "updates" it says "updates have been disabled for this machine. please contact your administrator."

 

How can I fix this? I am admin of my computer and logged into my adobe account?
