Unable to upload photos on Lightroom Mobile

Question

Using Android Lightroom Mobile app on Chrome OS. Was able to install and upload photos previously, but when I opened today and created a new album, there was no "upload" or "add photos" option. When I try to drag and drop photos that are locally saved to computer it won't allow them to upload. Tried restarting but still no luck.

Please share a few more details:

Which version of Lightroom mobile are you using? What is the file format of the images? Are you able to add files to the old albums?

Please try using an alternate network connection.
