Unable to upload RAW file on OS Windows 10

Question

I have just re-installed my LR6 and also recenntly purchassed a new camera. I am unable to now upload most Raw files for editing and not sure how to locate them in the Light Room system.i however can see files that werew RAW+L or RAW+M.

Is there a setting to adjust?

LR6 is really old and probably does not support your new camera. You can check if it is supported here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html It will show you the minimum lightroom version you need. If you want to stay with LR 6, you can convert the raw files from your camera using the free Adobe DNG converter: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html to convert them to dng. Those files will open in LR 6.
