Unable to use Lightroom Mobile Premium feature after Google Play subscription

I had purchased Lightroom mobile and the subscription is already in Google Play subscription under syfiqah25@gmail.com. However, the plan is not listed under my plan in Adobe website. I also unable to use the premium feature in mobile version. When I try to repurchase again, it shows duplicate purchase.

I am having the same problem with my subscription in lightroom mobile. someone help. 

the email is one and same with the one I subscribed with.

I couldn’t locate an active subscription associated with the email addresses you have used for the community. If you’ve been charged in the respective app store, could you double-check which email the charge was linked to? You can also DM (Direct Message) me in the community to share any other email accounts you may have used privately (from my profile). I’m here to help.
