Unable to use LR after updating payment information

I updated payment information and was charged but I am still not able to use any LR features. I've signed out and logged back in but it still gives me the message that I need to purchase a subscription.  

 

Please help!

The most likely cause of this is that you are not signed in on your device with the same Adobe ID that is used in your subscription. The Email address you use in this forum is correctly subscribed to the 20 GB Photography Plan, which includes Lightroom Mobile.  

Sign out of your mobile app and sign back in with this ID.

Thank you!  I was correctly signed in.  I signed out and signed back in as well, as I was advised to do with Chat. It kept saying that I don't have a subscription.  Chat eventually said they had a system wide outage and to check back in 8 hours.  I opened up Lr this morning and everything was good.
